As Co-founder and Creative Director of Suitcase Interactive, we partnered up with the UX Guys to redesign the Shaw.ca website. Part of the process was to look at the competition, interview their customer base, establish User Personas, create Journey Maps, User Flows, Site Maps and Wireframes. Along with an in depth review of the Shaw Style Guide, this all helped inform our approach to UI design; giving Shaw a very progressive digital experience for its time.
