Phantom Compliance is a financial compliance firm helping organizations navigate risk and opportunity across the DAO and MSB spaces, enabling founders to move forward with greater confidence in a complex and rapidly evolving landscape. Together with a small collaborative team, I helped lead a full brand transformation from strategy through execution. We began by clarifying audience, positioning, and brand direction — creating a strategic foundation that aligned Phantom’s expertise with the needs and expectations of emerging web3 businesses. From there, we translated that thinking into a cohesive visual and digital experience, including identity, brand assets, and a redesigned website. Working in a highly technical and trust-sensitive category, the challenge was to make complexity feel more approachable without losing credibility. The resulting system balanced confidence, clarity, and subtle web3 character — shaping an experience that felt both distinctive and dependable.
